The benefit of flushing ewes and rams by putting them onto a rising plane of nutrition before mating is well understood. Flushing is practiced by many sheep farmers to maximise ovulation, fertility and increase lamb numbers.
Raising the plane of nutrition can be achieved by moving from poor grazing to a good grazing, by feeding concentrates or by offering a supplement in liquid form.
Twin Flock has been formulated to provide the optimum balance of essential nutrients, helping improve ovulation and conception; it also can have beneficial effects on the ewe throughout pregnancy and on the health and vigor of the lambs.
